Delete your Hue Lock account
In the app
- Open Hue Lock and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be restored.
If the app is no longer installed
Email messtgames@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Hue Lock account deletion" and include your player name (and your friend code or the Google email you signed in with, if you know them). We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
Your player profile (name, avatar), sign-in keys, the Google account link and email, daily puzzle results and leaderboard entries, level and game results, league points, results and trophies, friend code and friendships, your cloud save, purchase verification records and notification (FCM) tokens. Deleted data may remain in server logs and backups for up to 14 days.
What is not deleted
Purchases stay in your Google Play account (Google keeps its own records). Ad-related data, crash reports and analytics data are handled by Google under its own policy. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
